Basketball Fundamentals

This is great for participants who would like to advance their skills and understanding of playing basketball. Participants will learn develop in the area ball handling, passing, shooting, defense, and spacing.

Futsal

Futsal is a fast-paced, small-sided version of soccer, typically played indoors on a hard court with a smaller ball and fewer players (5-a-side). Our Futsal Program is designed to help students improve their soccer skills, develop teamwork, and enhance decision-making abilities in a highly interactive environment.

Zumba Kids

Perfect for our younger Zumba fans A! Kids 5-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their fitness routine, while understanding discipline of movement
