GTH 4XIII played in several warm up events, in order to get ready for the two NCAA sanction events in during the last two weekends in April. Prior to the NCAA event, our program participated in the BTR Main Event, Real Rout 66 (Showcase), and Big Event Tip-Off. During the warm up events all team got better and won some championships.  During the NCAA exposure events two of our teams played on the Adidas Gauntlet Silver circuit and had a good run. All of our guys competed and represented the brand well on and off the court. During the exposure period some of our student/Athletes raise their stock, which is a reflection of our team, which includes the parents, coaches, players, and the support of the community. 

Jalin Conyers 2020 SF 6’6

Has emerged as a high major prospect, the small town kid from West Texas has simply been a terror on the Adidas circuit. Conyers averaged 27.7 Points and 11.5 rebounds a game playing on the 17U team. He is a freakish athlete, can shoot the long ball, good handles, and relentless rebounder, but his motor and dog mentality puts him over the top.  Conyers has a chance to be special, still a four sport elite athlete with options and time to improve. It will be interesting to see when he commits to one sport how good this kid can be. Each game there is an amazing play Conyers would make that just laves your jaw hanging. Conyers had 34 points and 14 rebounds, which was top single game performance. Conyers will be one that we will continue to hear about in the near future.  Jalin has also caught the attention of some high major schools; there only concern is which sport he will love the most to commit too.

Tyler Pinder 2021 PG 6’0

Pinder has been phenomenal in the spring, shooting 65% from beyond the arc, while averaging 10 shots a game and averaging 23 ppg and 4 apg. Pinder top performance during the early session is 28 points and five assist performance during the first session in Dallas. Very efficient and unselfish, Pinder games parallels that of an elite PG with good size, speed, and athleticism. He is a true floor general always looking to get his team involve early, in many instances the coach will have to encourage him to shoot the ball, but Pinder normally thinks conventional as a PG “Pass first’ which is not a bad thing. However with his ability to shoot the ball at such a high level most coaches would like to see the ball flying of his fingertips more. Defensively Pinder willed his team through some tough victories with a great supporting cast. Unfortunately during the first game of the second session, he wen t down with a wrist injury early in the second half. Pinder had already accumulated 21 points in the first half on 7/9 shooting from the field. As Pinder game continues to grow, so will his recruiting on the national scene.

Ryan Lofton 2019 SF 6’6

Lofton had a wonderful spring, which began during the first tournament at the BTR Main Event. In the opening game against one of Oklahoma power house teams he was sensational in a variety of ways. Ryan scored on all three levels and tough around the basket on both ends of the floor. During the first NCAA session of the spring Lofton he averaged 15ppg, 11.5 rpg, and 4.5 bpg. Lofton showed good promise and captured the interest of colleges. Lofton has gone on one unofficial visit to John Brown University and certainly more will come as Ryan continues to grow in his game.

Hunter Hoggatt 2020 SG 6’4

Hoggatt has emerged as one of the top shooters in the state; his long range bombs stretched the defense like no other. Not only is Hoggatt a long range gun slinger, is he crafty with the ball. Hoggatt average 22 ppg at the Great American Shootout in Dallas during the second NCAA session and was instrumental in the team 3-2 finish. He has made tremendous strides a since the early spring when he showed glimpses of been a force to reckon with on offensively during the BTR Main event. Hoggatt has picked up interest from a couple low majors. As Hoggatt progress, be sure to keep note as his stock improves as a college prospect.

Christian Prayer 2021 PF 6’8

Prayer maybe the most athletic big in the state regardless of class, the young fella flooded the spring session with thunderous dunks and spectacular finishes. Prayer averaged 14.7 ppg, 14 rpg, and 4 bpg, after experiencing a lot of double teams and zones trying to slow him down. The scary part is Prayer is young in the game, but once you see him play right away you identify his gifts. Prayer was monstrous in Indianapolis at the Adidas second session, he was a man among boys in many respects. It’s not long now before he is in the national conversation.

Mason Meke 2020 SG 6’0

Mason has one of the purest strokes in the program and it was on display during the spring. Meke just is a natural scorer who is not shy about shooting the ball. Meke was instrumental in some good signature wins for the team.

Tayo Dina 2019 SG 6’2

Dina came alive big time in the second NCAA session in Indianapolis with his long ball shooting,  Dina ability to spread the defense was key in the 17U winning the their division, making a tough run. Dina shot 46% from behind the arc and was tough on defense and rebounding. Dina ability to shoot the ball will elevate his recruiting over the summer session.

Kendal Daniels 2021 SF 6’5

Daniels was the do it all team mate during the spring session, he played the point guard position at times, rebounded, played the post, and tough on defense. He was active and also made some big shots at critical junctures of the game. Daniels will certainly elevate his stock as the season goes on.

Trey Gaines 2021 PG 5'11

Trey Gaines provided an offensive scoring punch when called upon. In particular during the first session Trey was dynamic going 5/6 from three point line, ending the game with 20 points. His motor is also impressive and will get up in to the opposing team for 94 feet. Trey will be one who emerge from the summer season.

Brett Boyles 2019 SF 6’2

Brett is a high energy athlete, his motor is high and he is relentless on the court. He has a great nose for the ball and a great rebounder for his size. Bret also can knock down the three ball with space.

Antonio Watson 2021 SF 6’4

Antonio just plays tough in the paint; he is a relentless rebounder and stays after the ball when it is on the cylinder. Watson also has a good nose for the ball and normally be engaged in many jump balls or tie up situations. He also can shoot the three with space and a strong and physical slasher.

Jordan Bradley 2020 SG 6’1

Jordan Bradley is tough as nails and love to compete, which was evident over the spring session. Bradley created a lot of problems for the opposing team. Bradley help to make the sophomore group much tougher and compete on a higher level.

RJ Forney 2020 6'0 CG 

RJ Forney played with a high level of confidence he does a little bit of everything for the team, which was evident over the spring session. Forney will mix it up and create challenges for the opposing team. Forney helps to make the sophomore group much tougher on both ends of the floor.

Much Bieal 2019 C 7’2

Much is coming into his own especially during the second session of the in Indianapolis. He was a force as a rim protector and rebounder. He also began to be patient with his offensive moves and finished in traffic with big dunks and knocked down a few mid-range shots in critical moments.
