The 15U had a great weekend at the Long Horn Classic. They started out slow during play trying to build chemistry with several new players on the floor. But as bracket play rolled around, each game they start to look like a well oil machine. In the Coach Ron Venters was able to help the team find their identity and dominate all the way to the championship game. It was truly fun to watch and in the end synergy emerge. Each play contributed to the claiming the championship at the Long Horn Classic.

Tyler Pinder 2021 playing on the 15U is poised beyond his years. He made all the right plays and he never seemed rush despite the ball pressure. Pinder has elite PG skills that can be overwhelming to the opposing team He is as smooth a player as they come. His elite ball handling skills was as impressive as anyone in the entire tournament. His ability to shoot the ball combined with his quick release was impressive. Tyler had a total of 13,made three points in the Long Horn Classic. Defensively he was all over the place combined with his high
motor.

Kalib Boone with his 6'11 wing span standing at 6'8 is virtually impressive. He is indeed an elite rim proctor for and rebounder right now. He shoots the 15 footer at a consistent rate and can put the ball on the floor to drive to the basket to find hive the top. Kalib is also a great passer out of the post and posses a nice jump hook.

Keylan Boone  of Tulsa Memorial HS, is what a Big wing looks like.  At 6'7 keylan already have the tools to be a great wing player. He can really shot the ball, he has amazing touch around the basket, reminds you s lot of George Gervin. The kid had an amazing feel for the game this weekend at the Long Horn Classic. Keylan also rebounded the ball well on the offensive side.

Tristan Hines of Jenks HS, has a nice flash to his game this weekend. He kept the opposing team on alert everything he touched the ball because you knew was going to be aggressive. Hines shot the ball considerably well and dropped some nice dimes.

Thomas Herrera if Hulbert shot lights out over the weekend. In one game Herrera made 8 three pointers. He had a total of 16 three pointers for the weekend. His strong frame gives him the ability to play downhill and punish opposing defenses. Herrera also showed a sound basketball IQ and a ability to play defense.

James Alexandre of Tulsa Memorial was simply put explosive throughout the weekend. James averaged five steals a game and defensively made opposing players uncomfortably. Alexandre elite athleticism was on display. He made some dynamic plays and probably have the sweetest behind the back pass of the tournament. James finished well through contact and also rebounded the ball well.

Quentin Ausberry (2020) of Tulsa Edison MS, is a dynamic athlete on display at the Long Horn Classic. Ausberry has a chance to be considered an elite wing with crazy athleticism before it's all said and done. He gave a glimpse of what's to come. Ausberry finished well in traffic and was tough as a slasher.
